PEVDeals currently stores only the following data in your browser's local storage:

Region preference (pev_region) — the region you selected (e.g. Europe, USA) so that prices are shown in the correct currency on your next visit.
Language preference (pev_language) — the display language you selected so you do not need to re-select it each time.

These are strictly functional. No tracking, analytics, advertising, or third-party cookies are used on this platform.

3. Third-Party Services

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking or advertising scripts. The following external resources are loaded by this site:

Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise — used on forms (newsletter, discount code requests) to protect against spam and abuse. It sets a functional cookie (_GRECAPTCHA) and sends interaction data to Google for bot detection purposes. This is loaded only when you interact with a form. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
Google Fonts — used for typography. Does not set cookies.

No advertising or behavioural tracking cookies are used.

4. Managing Your Preferences

You can clear your stored preferences at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site. In most browsers:

Open DevTools (F12) → Application → Local Storage → select the site → delete the entries.
Or clear all site data via your browser's privacy/history settings.

Clearing this data will reset your region and language to the default (Europe / English) on your next visit.

5. Changes to This Policy

If we introduce analytics or other cookies in the future, this policy will be updated and a consent banner will be displayed before any non-essential data is stored.
