By accessing or using PEVDeals ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
2. Platform Description
PEVDeals is a deals aggregation service for electric personal vehicles (EPVs) — including electric unicycles, e-bikes, e-scooters, and onewheels. We curate and display deals from third-party sellers and retailers. We do not sell products directly and are not a party to any transaction between you and a seller.
3. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others. You must not:
- Attempt to scrape, reproduce, or redistribute our deal listings without written permission.
- Use automated tools to access the Platform in a way that places undue load on our infrastructure.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information via any form on the Platform.
4. Affiliate Relationships & Commercial Disclosure
PEVDeals participates in affiliate programmes with third-party retailers. This means that when you click a deal link or use a promo code and make a purchase, we may receive a commission or referral fee from the retailer at no additional cost to you.
This applies to all product links, "Get Discount Code" buttons, and any links directing you to an external retailer's website. Affiliate relationships do not influence the selection, ranking, or editorial content of deals displayed on the Platform — we only feature deals we believe offer genuine value.
This disclosure is made in compliance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), and applicable advertising standards in all regions we serve.
5. Third-Party Links & Deals
The Platform contains links to third-party retailers and sellers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those external sites. Deal prices and availability are subject to change without notice — always verify the current price on the retailer's website before completing a purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of PEVDeals or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product images belong to their respective manufacturers or retailers.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of deal listings. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PEVDeals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transaction with a third-party seller discovered through the Platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the European Union, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
